We are a group of lawyers from Poland. We offer legal service all over Poland. Being a group of lawyers, we also offer our service in foreign languages: English, German, French, Russian and others.
The Group handles cases related to:
·         labour law, employee affairs, industrial disputes, termination of contracts of employment,
·         administrative law, proceedings before local and central administration,
·         transport and customs law (including ViaToll, Beltoll)
·         debt collection,
·         adjustment of the legal status of real estate, purchase of real estate,
·         establishment of companies, making changes in the National Court Register,
·         property, inheritance, family cases,
·         criminal cases, road accidents,
·         representation in proceedings at law and before other state authorities,
·         other cases and preparation of legal opinion.

DEBT COLLECTION
We also offer professional, effective debt collection at affordable prices in the territory of Poland and Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Macedonia) and elsewhere.

To place your order, you only need to mail us a copy of documents justifying the debt (copies of invoices, delivery notes, demands to pay) and signed agreement and the power of attorney to act on your behalf.
Our Group offers also a range of consultancy services in the economic activity in Poland, Russia, Ukraine and other Eastern European countries. We offer our assistance to conclude contracts with business partners. The proper conclusion of the contract is of great importance for the possible investigation of their rights through the courts. It appears then that the concluded contract contains errors that hinder or prevent the investigation of their rights and duties arising from the contract. The contracting party often does not know the law of the partner's country and they use their knowledge of their own national law, when the differences between Polish, Russian and Ukrainian laws are very significant.
